Hwarang Tigers' Demo Team

As a member of the Hwarang Tigers TaeKwonDo Demo Team  I agree to meet the following requirements:

Be at least 8 years old.

Have earned at least an orange belt.

Be a member of the Black Belt Club

Demonstrate focus and attention to task.

Have a positive attitude.

Attend practices. Missing more than 2 practices without prior notification to Grand Master Lee or 5 total will result in dismissal from the team. A warning will be issued after the 2nd unexcused absence and after the 4th  total absence.

Attend demos.   Missing 2 demos  in a session will result in dismissal from the team. A warning will be given after missing the first demo.

I assume  full responsibility for all of my actions in connection with the Hwarang Tigers TaeKwonDo Demo Team.   I agree to waive all claims  against any persons or groups connected with Hwarang Tigers TaeKwonDo, the Hwarang Tigers TaeKwonDo Demo Team,  or the Hwarang Tigers TaeKwonDo Demo Team  Parent Group for any injuries I may sustain.

As a parent of a Hwarang Tigers TaeKwonDo Demo Team  member I agree to support the Demo Team by volunteering my time and talents to group activities. I understand that I will have the opportunity to vote on performing in venues that require the purchase of set number of tickets.  If such  a performance is approved by the HTT Demo Team  Parent Group, I agree that the total number of tickets will be divided by the number of Demo Team  member families, making each  family responsible for an equal amount of tickets that they will either pay for or sell.
